SENIOR INSIGHT MANAGER

THE COMPANY
Harnham is working with a global airline that are looking for a Senior Insight Manager, to manage a range of mixed methods CX insight projects end to end.
THE ROLE
You will:
- Design and manage mixed method research projects across all elements of customer experience
- Draw upon a range of data sets including operational, behavioural and social media to produce rigorous analyses
- Identify and distil key findings in the data into strategic recommendations
- Manage internal stakeholders, building relationships with other departments and sister airlines
- Manage external research agencies
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
You will need to have:
- Good experience in CX research including NPS
- Proven experience in research project management.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills and experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
