NJR Recruitment are proud to be partnering with a highly professional, rapidly expanding, and ambitious firm of Chartered Financial Planners & Mortgages Advisers. Our client is now seeking an industry experienced individual to join them as a Protection Advisor.
As their Protection Advisor you will work closely with the internal team who will provide you with high-quality leads from clients typically going through the mortgage process or who already have a mortgage in place.
Responsibilities;
- Provide expert advice on insurance products across the whole of market.
- Engage with clients to understand their individual protection needs and financial circumstances.
- Recommend suitable solutions to clients tailored to their requirements.
- Effectively manage a pipeline of leads, converting them into successful sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, establishing trust and credibility.
The Requirements;
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a Protection Advisor/Consultant role
- Drive and motivation to work hard to achieve great results.
- Sound knowledge of protection and insurance products, particularly how they align with clients' mortgages.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients.
- Excellent organisational skills to manage a high volume of leads and prioritise effectively.
- Confident using modern technology tools to work efficiently.
- The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Candidates applying for the role will have a solid background working in the Mortgage Market, preferably from an Independent Firm with a strong emphasis in Residential Properties.
