KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER
Job Description

Duties
- Support customers and develop these relationships to ensure they realise as much value as possible from their solution
- Making contact with customers in a structured manner, resolving issues and supporting them as required
- Build and maintain existing customer relationships in order to successfully retain accounts
- 'Spot' upsell opportunities
- Consultatively build relationships with customers
- Uncover client's business challenges and identify relevant business opportunities
- Achieve targets for renewals and upsell
Required knowledge, skills or experience
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in an account management or customer success role
- Experience of using a consultative, solution-based sales methodology
- Ability to develop trust and relationships with prospects, customers and colleagues
- Excellent telephone and online presentation skills
- Strong desire to be part of a team that delivers our customers breakthrough results
- Ambitious to develop their career further within the organisation
Additional Information
Location: Newcastle
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
Rates of pay: Up to£32,000 with realistic 100% + excellent benefits
