KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

Job Description

Duties

  • Support customers and develop these relationships to ensure they realise as much value as possible from their solution
  • Making contact with customers in a structured manner, resolving issues and supporting them as required
  • Build and maintain existing customer relationships in order to successfully retain accounts
  • 'Spot' upsell opportunities
  • Consultatively build relationships with customers
  • Uncover client's business challenges and identify relevant business opportunities
  • Achieve targets for renewals and upsell

Required knowledge, skills or experience

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in an account management or customer success role
  • Experience of using a consultative, solution-based sales methodology
  • Ability to develop trust and relationships with prospects, customers and colleagues
  • Excellent telephone and online presentation skills
  • Strong desire to be part of a team that delivers our customers breakthrough results
  • Ambitious to develop their career further within the organisation

Additional Information

Location: Newcastle

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm

Rates of pay: Up to£32,000 with realistic 100% + excellent benefits
