Basic Salary £30,000 - £35,000 - £50,000 - £70,000 OTE Year 1

Requirements:
- Minimum 2:1 degree from a Russell Group University.

The Role:
- Act as the intermediary between clients and candidates, managing the introduction, interview, closing, offering, and onboarding processes
- Source and qualify potential candidates via phone, email, or virtual meetings; face-to-face meetings encouraged when safe
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients and candidates
- Engage in business development to seek new opportunities and generate leads
