Product Transfer Specialist

The Product Transfer Specialist responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for product transfer and mortgage application queries.
- Provide prompt and accurate responses to phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless application journey.
- Keep Mortgage Brokers updated on the progress of specific cases and resolve any queries.
- Proactively increase the product transfer pipeline by contacting customers whose products are nearing expiration.
- Manage individual applications, from submission to completion.
- Maintain and update data in both internal and external systems to reflect current application stages.
- Chase outstanding documentation and arrange valuations, working closely with valuers.
- Perform final checks before completing the application.
- Adapt quickly to changing situations and support colleagues through the process.
- Work effectively in a team, sharing ideas and collaborating to achieve goals.
- Ensure a thorough understanding of internal processes and suggest improvements.
- Communicate clearly and concisely, ensuring all information is easy to understand and follow.
