Our client is a leading and established international manufacturing business and they are looking for an experienced Temporary Part-time Customer Service Advisor to join them on an on-going temp basis in their Irlam office.
Description
As a Temporary Part-time Customer Service Advisor you will:
- Handling inbound calls and emails from an international customer base
- Processing customer orders
- Providing logistical updates on customer orders
- Handling any financial queries from a customer, i.e. invoice disputes
- Ad-hoc duties as and when required
Profile
To be successful in this role:
- Can commit to a part-time temp role (Mon - Fri 9 - 1pm working patterns)
- Excellent communication skills that promote great customer conversations
- 1 years experience within customer service telephony based roles
- Able to work in a team setting as well as independently
- Strong IT skills
