**Key Responsibilities:
- Teach and Inspire: Deliver engaging sessions to students on our Transition programmes who are uncertain about their career choices.
- Guidance and Support: Provide one-on-one and group support to students, helping them identify their strengths, interests, and potential career paths.
- Develop Resources: Create and deliver materials that inspire and inform students about various career opportunities and educational pathways.
- Collaborate: Work closely with other lecturers and career advisors to ensure a cohesive support network for students.
- Monitor Progress: Track and report on student progress, offering additional support where needed to help them make informed decisions about their future.
**About You:
- Experience: Previous experience in teaching, career guidance, or a related field is highly desirable.
