About the role

We are hiring an Executive Assistant to the CPO (Chief People Officer). Based within HR at our Nottingham Support Office in Beeston, you will report directly to the CPO. Providing efficient and comprehensive PA and organisational support to 1 executive member and 1-2 Senior Leaders, you will use your exceptional planning, prioritisation and influencing skills to support your leaders to enable them to focus on our strategic priorities.

Your responsibilities will include;

  • Acting as first point of contact on behalf of the executive member for the leaders across the group interfacing at a local divisional and Global level
  • Actively prioritise work at an Executive Level advising Exec member highest priority issues and proactively organise time around what is most critical to the business
  • Work closely with the Group and Divisional PA and TA population to build relationship deliver high quality support
  • Provide support to produce documents and presentations for key meetings as and when required
  • Make meeting, travel and accommodation arrangements, including international travel.
  • Respond to queries from other parts of the business and external organisations, liaising with colleagues at all levels
  • Contribute to the efficient and effective running of the Senior HR Leadership Team on behalf of the Executive

What you'll need to have

As an Executive Assistant you will need to have the following skills/experience -

  • Previous experience in a similar role supporting board level leaders in a large, matrix organisation
  • A high level of confidence in using Microsoft packages particularly word, excel & PowerPoint
  • Relationship building and a strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Influencing skills
  • Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality
