Signature Bristol are searching for a Customer Experience Team Leader to join one of our clients in South Bristol.

Are you a skilled team leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? If so, Signature Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for you to join our client at a prestigious animal healthcare facility. This is a full-time position offered on a 6 month FTC with a salary of £29,000 - £35,000. There will be scope for this to become a permanent position after the initial 6 months.

As the Customer Experience Team Leader you will play a crucial role in supporting the client team to ensure excellent service is delivered to and the front of house department runs smoothly. You will be responsible for overseeing the support of all clients, staff and visitors, ensuring your team react promptly and accurately to their needs.

Customer Experience Team Leader Key Responsibilities:

  • Line management of team ensuring high-quality customer service including appraisals, rota planning, training and development
  • Oversee daily operations of the reception area including scheduling and client communications
  • Monitoring the service provided ensuring SLAs are met
  • Implement and maintain efficient administrative systems

Key skills required as Customer Experience Team Leader:

  • Proven experience of managing a team, offering strong leadership and mentoring skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to show empathy in communication
  • Liaise between clients, staff and suppliers to maintain smooth operations
  • Able to work at pace and prioritise effectively in high pressure situations
  • Self motivated with a can-do attitude

Customer Experience Team Leader benefits:

This fixed term contract offers an amazing opportunity to make a real impact within a busy team who are vital to the success of the organization. This is a full time role, 9am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
