RecruitAbility is looking for an experienced Probate Administrator to join their multi-awarding winning team, based near Bishop's Stortford. If you have empathy, and experience working in probate then I would love to hear from you.
The Role of Probate Administrator
:
- Speaking with families via telephone, to assess their need for probate
- Providing sympathetic support
- Answer any questions and explain the process
- Following up on referrals
- Arranging for consultants to visit the family if they have a need for probate
- Possibly providing marketing support for a small part of the day
To be considered for the role of Probate Administrator
:
- You must have a calm and empathetic nature.
- Articulate and clearly spoken.
- Previous probate experience is essential.
- You must be a team player.
- Some marketing experience would be beneficial.
- Confidence in speaking with people on the phone is essential.
- This is an office based role.
The Package for Probate Administrator
:
- Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 (depending on experience)
- Hours: 9am – 4pm Monday - Friday
- Pension
- 25 days holidays (excluding bank holidays)
- Day off on your birthday
