Your new role
This trade mark attorney role will see you manage the team as well as advise clients on trade mark portfolios and provide brand management support. In addition, you willhandle trade mark conflicts and registry disputes, advise on trade mark availability searches, handle registrability of trade marks as well as recommending cost-effective registration strategies. Your role will also require you to file and prosecute trade marks on a worldwide basis.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be an experienced trade mark attorney with a good technical skill set and well rounded management skills.
