The ideal candidate will be a seasoned property professional with at least 2 years of experience as a Lettings Progressor, adept at managing a high volume of deals with a meticulous approach to compliance and legislation or alternatively, a senior Lettings Negotiator experienced in managing their own deals and pipeline. An excellent understanding of the lettings process is essential, coupled with a genuine passion for property. Proficiency in administration and communication, along with outstanding task management and organisational skills, is crucial for success in this role.

- Basic salary £34,000 DOE
- Monday - Friday with no weekends
