Procurement Trainer/Skills Coach – Work from Home

The company continues to grow from strength to strength and, as a result, is looking to recruit an experienced Skills Trainer or Tutor in Procurement. - Salary: Up to £40,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)
- Remote, flexible working-
- 25 days+ bank holidays, with the option to buy and sell up to 5 days

Key Responsibilities of the Procurement Apprenticeship Skills Coach/Tutor:
- Deliver new apprenticeship standards in Procurement up to Level 4 through online teaching to groups of learners.
- Prepare lesson plans, mentor, and guide learners towards completing their apprenticeships.
- Plan and deliver specific industry-standard learning programmes in knowledge competencies, behaviours, and relationships.
- Actively support, mentor, and motivate learners throughout their training, aiding in the successful completion of their apprenticeship.
- Prepare training/group session plans, utilising various training methods and accommodating different learning styles.
- Provide regular feedback and guidance to apprentices, identifying their strengths and areas for improvement to help them achieve their goals.
- Observe, mark, and review learners' work to ensure it meets the standards required for qualification.
- Monitor apprentices' progress, maintaining accurate records of their learning journey, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Use effective resources and materials at a pace that meets the needs of learners.
- Provide insightful, constructive feedback to help learners maximise their potential.
Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:
- Hold a recognised teaching qualification; an Assessor's Award is desirable, but the company will support and fund this qualification.
- Qualified to a minimum of Level 4 in CIPS – ideally MCIPS.
- Vocational competence in Procurement or Purchasing.
- Experience in training, coaching, or teaching employees in Procurement or Purchasing.
- A passion for Training, Learning, and Development.
- Experience using online delivery platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Classroom.
