The Role

Reporting to the Recoveries Manager you will be working with producers to manage payable debts, working to monthly targets and maintaining effective relationships within your portfolio,
You will also:
- Develop and maintain relationships with your client portfolio
- Achieve personal and team targets
- Review and chase shortfall, passing to DCA where applicable
- Report any unexpected issues or developing trends to the Recoveries Manager
- Note any agreements where customers have debt agreements in place (i.e. IVA, bankruptcy etc).
- Comply with regulatory requirements and Premium Credit Ltd code of conduct at all times

To be successful as our Collector you will already have experience within a Collections role, working to targets.
You will
- Have the ability to work in a high volume, customer oriented environment
- Be able to communicate effectively written and verbally
- Have a commercial awareness
- Be tenacious and self-motivated, able to work under pressure
- Display attention to details
- Have a good working knowledge of MS Office applications
It would be beneficial to your application if you have knowledge Bordereau accounts. An understanding of insolvency and bankruptcy would also be beneficial.
