Private Client Solicitor

We are seeking a dedicated Private Client Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience (PQE) to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing a full range of private client matters and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Day to Day of the Role:
- Manage a varied caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, estate planning, trusts, and powers of attorney.
- Provide high-quality legal advice to a diverse client base, ensuring all client needs are met with discretion and sensitivity.
- Conduct client meetings and maintain clear, professional communication throughout all stages of the legal process.
- Draft, review, and execute legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in private client law and practice, applying this knowledge proactively to benefit clients and the firm.
- Work independently, managing your time effectively to meet deadlines and client expectations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE in private client law.
- Demonstrable experience handling a comprehensive range of private client services.
- Strong ability to work autonomously and manage a full caseload with minimal supervision.
- Excellent client care skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters discreetly and empathetically.
- Proficient in drafting legal documents with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
