Birchrose Associates are recruiting for a Commercial Property Locum Solicitor to assist at a reputable firm based in the Midlands, starting in August for 3 weeks in duration.

The Opportunity

We are partnering with a leading law firm to recruit for a Locum Commercial Property Solicitor to assist a period of holiday leave. The role can be carried out on a fully remote basis, but it would be advantageous if you could attend the office on day one.

This assignment is to start in August for a period of 3 weeks. The locum is required to work on a full-time basis, Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities

The successful Locum will manage a caseload Commercial Property matters to include:

  • Landlord and Tenant matters
  • Property Development
  • Freehold acquisitions and disposals
  • Property Finance

Requirements

  • At least 7 years' experience as a Commercial Property Solicitor
  • Experience handling busy and varied commercial property caseloads
  • Ability to work self-sufficiently and autonomously and hit the ground running in a locum role
