Raring to gain key experience working for a leading property developer?
- Weekend shifts (some occasional additional days in the week may be needed)
- Bracknell, Berkshire
- Hours: 9:45 - 6pm
- Pay: hourly rate circa £25k (£12.50+holiday pay)
Based in the marketing suite of a leading developer, you'd play a crucial role in:
- meeting/greeting any walk-in potential purchasers
- qualifying would-be buyers over the phone and taking detailed notes
- maintaining marketing suite appearance and amenities
- liaising with stakeholders and contractors who regularly frequent the site
You'll need
- Excellent representational skills
- Strong telephone communications
- Confidence using IT and computer systems
- Passion for property
