Role:
- Deputize in the absence of the Store Manager
- Identify opportunities to drive and maximize sales and profitability
- Motivate and inspire the team to deliver an exceptional customer service experience
- Driving and supporting the team with sales
- Providing excellent customer service
- Achieve (and aim to exceed) KPI's and sales targets
- Overseeing e-commerce sales, assist with packing and shipping items
- Assist on managing the boutique, opening and closing the store
Package:
- Basic Salary 32,000 - 35,000 + Commission
- Healthcare insurance
- Quarterly bonus offered
