Description

Customer Service Executive, Basingstoke:

  • Temporary Customer Service role for circa 3 months
  • Handling customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
  • Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Working closely with other departments to resolve any customer issues.
  • Providing accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools.
  • Building sustainable relationships of trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
  • Meeting personal/customer service team targets and call handling quotas.
  • Following communication procedures, guidelines and policies of the company.
  • Contributing to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
