Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities that support children's development and learning.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can thrive.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, fostering a sense of community within the nursery.
- Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development through play-based learning and structured activities.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to children's progress and development.
- Participate in continuous and ongoing staff training and professional development.
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare (CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent).
- Proven experience working as a Nursery Practitioner in an early years setting.
- Passion for childcare and a genuine love for working with young children.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work full-time, full year round, or 4 days a week, full year.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
