- Producing monthly cost report package including variances
- Preparing the budget and reviewing final budget
- Monitoring monthly overhead cashflow
- Controlling all production expenditure
- Overseeing invoices, expenses and petty cash
- Ad-hoc duties to support the Head of Finance
What you'll need to succeed
- Be able to demonstrate a financial awareness and understanding of basic accounting principles
- A strong understanding of systems including Excel, and willingness to learn to use new systems
- An ability to work under pressure to achieve challenging goals
- An ability to identify potential problems and to implement solutions in advance
- A willingness to learn and adapt quickly
- An ability to manage a number of projects simultaneously (with fast changing demands) and prioritise tasks accordingly
