Tonic are recruiting for a Hospitality Sous Chef to join our client's prestigious B&I contract catering site in the City of London. You will be responsible for creating innovative menus for their high-level hospitality (3 rosette/Michelin level). You must be passionate about sourcing seasonal ingredients and be comfortable catering for buffets, working lunches, canapes and fine dining events.
Essential qualities for Hospitality Sous Chef applicants to be considered:
- A minimum of 2 years Sous Chef experience within fine dining restaurants
- An expert knowledge/passion for ingredients, food trends, flavours, and menu design
- A driven and inspirational team leader who relishes motivating and developing others, getting the very best from their team everyday
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification
