You will be supporting the procurement department ensuring that the companies cost, quality and performance goals are achieved.

Bring your excellent communication skills and experience with speaking to suppliers as you will be liaising with internal parties and key suppliers. You will keep pricing catalogues maintained and be confident in challenging and mitigating price increases where possible to ensure the business is protected from any increase in costs.

Elysium Healthcare have adopted a hybrid way of working and this role will allow you to work part of the week remotely or all of the week in the Borehamwood head office.

As an Analytics and Systems Support Administrator, you will be:

  • Liaising with suppliers, answering queries relating to pricing, preferred supplier list tiering and training compliance
  • Setting up new supplier accounts
  • Maintaining and encouraging the use of the preferred supplier list (PSL) at a regional level across Elysium
  • Overseeing contracts, sending them to suppliers for signing and onto internal parties for countersigning.
  • Managing the administration element of rebate payments from suppliers
  • Building and developing critical internal stakeholders relationships at site level
  • Resolving queries and/or discrepancies on supplier invoices
  • Escalating and resolving supplier queries with Accounts Payable
  • Managing the e-Procurement platform including supplier due diligence
  • Managing the Procurement inbox and replying to queries
  • Communicating with internal stakeholders when changes in the supplier portfolio arise
  • Managing and overseeing fleet vehicles queries
  • Managing the Amazon business account
  • Setting up and managing internal stakeholder access to external supplier portals

As an Analytics and Systems Support Administrator, you will:

  • Have high standard of IT skills, including Microsoft Office, and experience of working with ERP systems will be beneficial
  • Have high standard of verbal, written and presentation communication skills
  • Be keen to develop within the role
  • Have Commercial awareness
  • Have planning and organisation skills
  • Be an experienced administrator
  • Have experience in a Procurement or Supply Chain function (desirable)
  • Have an understanding of tendering (desirable)
  • Be educated to degree level (desirable)
