Commissioning Home Manager

An award winning company is seeking a Commissioning Home Manager for a brand new 65 bedded elderly residential home in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk. The successful applicant will begin employment in October, with the home expected to reach practical completion in late December.

Key Responsibilities:

The Home Manager will be responsible for ensuring a high level of care is provided to residents, meeting all statutory and regulatory requirements and leading the team, providing knowledge, leadership and management to ensure the highest standards are achieved in all areas of the home.

Commissioning Home Manager Requirements:

  • Experience within Elderly care homes
  • A track record of good CQC inspection outcomes
  • The ideal candidate will have previous commissioning experience within care homes or proven success of growing occupancy within a care home
  • Experience marketing a home and recruiting your own team
  • The ability to build community links in the area
