Our client, a well-established family-owned independent agent is looking for an experienced Lettings Consultant to join their team in Leicester.

Working hours of a Lettings Consultant:
- Monday to Friday 9 am – 5.30 pm
- 5-day working week
The successful Lettings Consultant will be offered:
- Up to £27,000 basic

Lettings Consultant requirements:
- Previous experience in Lettings or Property Management
- Great communication both written and verbal
- Full UK driver's license and own vehicle
- Highly motivated and driven, ready to get stuck in
- Good knowledge of the local area
Key tasks of a Lettings Consultant will include, but will not be limited to:
- Managing a portfolio of properties
- Booking and conducting viewings
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Negotiating potential offers
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients
- Dealing with any maintenance issues
- General office admin duties
