This role is for a 12-month Fixed Term to join their Finance Department. This role will provide administrative and technical support to senior management ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the accounts payable function. Job
As a Finance Officer - Accounts Payable you will be involved in the following:
- Purchase ledger administration
- Actively participating in the continual refinement of financial procedures & controls
- End to end processing of transactional accounts
- Continuous process improvement
- Accounts analysis and reporting presented monthly
- Analysing and pre-empting creditor allowances and issues
- Communicating with stakeholders and suppliers at all levels
You
As Finance Officer - Accounts Payable you will be skilled or qualified in the following:
- Experience in the above responsibilities
- IT literate in all Microsoft packages and a widely used finance system
- Great communication skills
- High Attention to detail
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and work as a team
- Experience with the public sector is desirable
