Our client, a cutting-edge fintech company specialising in invoice finance solutions are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive the growth of the company invoice finance solutions. The BDM will play a crucial role in expanding the client base, building strong relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including networking, industry events, and online research.
  • Client Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients, focusing on small to medium-sized businesses in need of invoice finance solutions.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their financial needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient client experience.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges in the invoice finance sector.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the fintech or financial services industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of invoice finance, factoring, and financial management solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively engage with C-level executives, finance professionals, and business owners.
  • Networking Ability: Strong networking skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with industry contacts.
