The Consultancy Group is currently partnered with an independent advertising agency that is looking to hire a detail-oriented Finance Assistant to become a vital part of its dynamic finance team as it continues to grow.
This is a permanent role offering a competitive salary range of £28,000 alongside various opportunities for professional growth.
- Be a vital member of our finance team, supporting the Finance Director and Management Accountant t in delivering financial data and reports.
- Own accounts payable and receivable duties and assist with administrative responsibilities.
- Work collaboratively with the client services team to ensure invoicing accuracy and synergy with project milestones.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Experience in finance, specifically within accounts payable or receivables.
- General knowledge of Excel and other finance software.
- Strong people skills and enjoy working as part of a team while communicating with clients and suppliers.
- Energy, enthusiasm, and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
- Excellent time management, attention to detail, and a self-motivated approach.
Preferred Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar finance role.
- Professional qualification in accounting or finance.
- Knowledge of finance systems and software.
