As the Registered Manager you'll be responsible for the day to day running of a domiciliary care services to vulnerable adults in Lincolnshire. You'll have the support of dedicated directors who are passionate about delivering a care service that would be fit for their own families and have created a supportive environment and thriving team who work brilliantly together.

There's an attractive starting salary of £38,000 offer, 25 days leave plus the bank holidays, pension, great training and learning opportunities and the chance to be part of something really great.

With superior systems and efficient processes ingrained, you'll have the time to really focus on what's important - your clients and your staff.

The Registered Manager Role

  • You'll have ultimate responsibility for the safe delivery of care, ensuring that CQC compliance is being met
  • Communicate with clients, their families and healthcare professionals . Conduct quarterly reviews and yearly satisfaction surveys
  • Ensure the accuracy and completion of care plans and risk assessment.
  • Conduct Audits on the service
  • This is a growing provision, with a great reputation and you'll be a key player in the agency's continued expansion across Lincolnshire
  • Leadership of a team of dedicated office and care staff
  • Oversee the delivery of training

What we're looking for...

  • Domiciliary care experience is an absolute must, and ideally this will have been as a Registered Manager with CQC.
  • We are happy to consider candidates that have significant experience as a Deputy Manager / Care Manager / Branch Manager who've not held registration with CQC yet.
  • You'll be qualified to QCF level 5 in Health and Social Care Leadership (or already working towards
  • And importantly, you'll be a real team player, this is a company where the ethos is that they all support one another and as the Registered Manager you'll need to ensure that the team is engaged and positive.
  • You'll have good IT skills
