Robert Half are excited to announce we have partnered with a fast growing Financial Services firm who are looking for an Office Administrator to join their team!
This is a fast-paced role that offers career progression for a confident and ambitious candidate who is ready to get stuck in!
THE ROLE:
- Greet clients, manage visitor badges, and maintain security and visitor logs.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including photocopying, minute-taking, and preparing meeting rooms.
- Answer telephone calls, handle correspondence, and monitor electronic diaries.
- Deal with day-to-day issues and confidential matters sensitively.
- Organise travel, maintain office upkeep, and support internal reporting processes.
THE PERSON:
- Highly ambitious and confident, ready to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in!
- Ability to speak to clients and stakeholders at all levels, and an excellent communicator.
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
- 1 year experience in a similar role desirable, but not essential if you have the right attitude.
Initially, this is an office based role. 9AM - 5:30PM.
