Your new company
Our client is a reputable regional firm specialising in Serious Injury. They are currently recruiting a newly qualified solicitor/lawyer to join their Manchester office. Previous multi-track personal injury experience is essential.

Your new role
This Serious Injury Solicitor position will see you assist on serious injury claims on a delegated authority basis. You will gain excellent exposure to a wide range of serious injury claims. You will be expected to deal with all aspects of pre- and post-issue procedures and liaise with clients/experts/barristers/third party solicitors where required.

What you'll need to succeed
You must be a newly qualified solicitor/lawyer with previous multi-track personal injury experience. Successful applicants will have experience handling their own personal injury caseload and have a good understanding of clinical negligence law. Previous advocacy experience is beneficial. Excellent client care and soft skills are required.
