Are you ready to play a pivotal role in one of the world's leading Magic Circle law firms? We are seeking a dynamic Client & Market Development specialist to support a prestigious Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice in London.

About the Role:

Join this ambitious Client & Market Development team and be at the forefront of driving an exciting global strategy. In this hands-on, proactive role, you'll work directly with the Regional Practice Area Lead, supporting and shaping the development of this market-leading Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Generation: Define and implement client and market development strategies, lead London-based initiatives and campaigns, spot market trends, and coordinate significant pitches.
  • Reputation Management: Build the practice's profile, manage business development campaigns, client events, conferences, and PR activities.
  • Client Focus: Embed the practice in client relationships, work with Client Development Managers on strategic activities, and conduct client feedback interviews.

Who We're Looking For:

A high-energy leader with a background in professional services business development, preferably in a law firm. You should have a strong interest in Litigation & Dispute Resolution, excellent commercial awareness of the London legal market, and exceptional written communication, coaching, and influencing skills.
