Residential Support Worker
Location: Oban
Contract: Full-Time, Temporary Block Booking
Salary: £21 per hour (Accommodation Covered)
Are you ready for a rewarding role that makes a real difference? We're looking for a dedicated Community Support Worker to join our team in Shetland on a full-time, temporary block booking contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support and care to individuals within the community, promoting independence and well-being
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management
- Encourage and support clients in participating in community activities and maintaining social connections
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach
- Eligibility to work in the UK
