Their products are the created with the latest technology and creative in design. This business is currently expanding across the EU & US with big plans to expand their IT function.
Description
This role reports directly to the Head of IT, you with contribute greatly to the enhancement and productivity of Microsoft Dynamics 365 within the business and become a market expert who will work across various teams exploring break-fix and meeting the needs of the internal user base. This role includes but, is not limited to:
- Troubleshooting, resolving and maintaining Dynamics 365
- Vast range of project work, customisations and continous improvment.
- Collaborating with the technology team to improve system performance
- Providing technical support for Dynamics 365 users
- Documenting system changes and updates
- Working closely with the teams to understand their requirements and meet their needs
- Ensuring data security and compliance with relevant regulations
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to technology strategies
- Staying up to date with the latest Dynamics 365 updates and industry trends
Profile
A successful D365 Functional Consultant should have:
- Extensive knowledge of Dynamics 365
- F&O understanding
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Great requirement gathering, process driven, make an impact
- Excellent team working abilities
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Desirable:
- Experience in the retail or distribution industry
- Warehouse Management/ Supply Chain
