Our client is a well-established firm with offices across the UK, and an excellent reputation within the conveyancing industry. They prioritise the needs of their employees and their clients, and have a modern and pro-active approach. They are thrilled to be expanding, and are looking for a skilled Title Checker to join their team on a remote basis.
Duties
- Checking and managing complex title checking matters
- Managing company purchase matters from start to finish
- Liaising with other conveyancers in the team
- Communicating effectively with team members
- Supporting the business in achieving the expected targets in the given timescales
- Be a knowledge base for any conveyancing questions
You
- You must have experience as a Residential Conveyancer and be able to title check and raise enquiries
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines
- Ability to handle multiple cases efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and self-motivated

- Annual salary up to £50,000 (dependent on experience)
- Remote working
- Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
