up to £43000 - BASED ON £39K + £4k CAR ALLOWANCE rising to £5k at the end of the year - due to the nature of the role you will need to have multi-site training management experience managing a team of trainers and be happy to drive around the Hertfordshire and surround areas. You will have robust, recent experience as a training manager, managing a team of trainers across multiple sites, across a region, or, nationally.
You could currently be a training manager/people development manager/ L&D manager, managing a team of trainers, and have first-hand experience in delivering training and managing a large team.
The role is home-based Leadership Development covering Hertfordshire
