My client is growing from strength to strength and have so much business from schools which they need to expand the team to keep up with the demanding hiring times.
It is new business development, so looking for someone who loves the sales side of the business.
All compliance is taken care of and you will have full support running your desk from your Manager.
We will welcome 3 Recruiters from all levels who have covered either Secondary, Primary, SEN or Further Education.
Regions you would be covering are: Stoke, Lincoln or Birmingham.
You will be based in their Nottingham office a few miles out of the City Centre (free parking).
To become a successful recruitment consultant, you will need to have/be:

- Able to develop meaningful relationships and maintain clear lines of communication between candidates & clients
