We are now looking for an HR Consultant to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. Hours can be worked flexibly, ideally 30 hours per week across four to five days.

The Role

As an HR Consultant, you will provide a proactive generalist HR support service to our clients.

You'll provide support across all areas of HR, including employee relations, contracts, attendance and performance management, as well as helping our clients with engagement, motivation and culture change.

Delivering HR support via telephone, email and face-to-face meetings, you'll manage a portfolio of clients and respond to queries promptly and efficiently, maintaining accurate records of client interactions.

Additionally, you'll support our marketing activity by producing blogs and web content.

About You

To be considered as an HR Consultant, you will need:

- Experience working in a busy Generalist HR role
- To hold a Chartered MCIPD (or equivalent)
- Demonstrable decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A full, valid driving licence and access to a vehicle
