Description
- Formulate customer strategy that will exceed all objectives
- Add value to and be a harmonious part of a high achieving team
- Understand and use all commercial processes to deliver on daily customer management; core examples:
- Range, distribution, space, cost prices, promotional plans, instore activation's
- Negotiate and influence for new listings, distribution increases, additional promotion space.....etc
- Build cross functional relationships and touch points to further in bed your understanding of the brand / OL offering
Profile
- Entrepreneurial self-starter with real passion and energy to deliver key wins
- Grocery National Account Management - managed sizeable P&L's across the top 4
- Exposure and experience working with a brand or own label, preferably both
- Demonstrable commercial wins through delivering strategic yet creative customer plans
- Have a natural curiosity and opinion. To challenge and be challenged
- Ability to build internal relationships in a high functioning team
- Financial / commercial understanding together with intellect to interpret performance and recommend actions
- Highly influential both internally / externally and negotiation
- Desire to be part of a fast paced, 'red tape' free entrepreneurial and agile based culture
