Job Title: Class 2 Driver
Location: South East England, Berkshire, Colnbrook
Job Type: Temporary, expected to work Full-Time hours
Primary Industry: Logistics, Procurement, Distribution and Supply Chain
Salary: £17 - £19 Per hour
Job Duties:
- Drive a Class 2 vehicle in a safe and efficient manner
- Deliver goods to designated locations within the South East England region
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of delivery paperwork
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
- Maintain the cleanliness and roadworthiness of the vehicle
Required Qualifications:
- Valid Class 2 driving licence
- Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC)
- Good driving record with no major violations
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Class 2 driver
- Experience in logistics, procurement, distribution, or supply chain is preferred
Knowledge and Skills:
- Excellent knowledge of driving regulations and safety standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions:
- Work primarily involves driving a Class 2 vehicle
- May require some heavy lifting and manual handling
- Work hours may vary, including weekends and evenings
