Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Birmingham City Centre

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000

Monday to Friday, full time (permanent)

Hybrid working: 3 day office / 2 days remote working

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Liaise with clients and internal staff on behalf of executives
  • Organize and maintain office files and records
  • Assist in planning and executing company events and meetings

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and a bubbly personality
