Key Responsibilities:
- Create, organise, and present top-notch Spanish lessons to pupils in Key Stages 3-5.
- Examine, grade, and offer constructive feedback on a student's work.
- Create and execute lesson plans that follow the National Curriculum.
- Keep an eye on and assist student's general growth and development.
- Ensure that student performance records and reports are accurate.
- Take part in professional development events, parent's evenings, and departmental meetings.
- Create a welcoming and inclusive learning atmosphere in the classroom to encourage participation and success from the students.
Required skills and experience for the Spanish teacher role:
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- An enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to get one).
- 2 proven professional references.
- Must have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Need to be an expert on the subject.
- Spanish proficiency is required.
- Having exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills to manage a school.
- Prior teaching experience in Spanish at school.
