Job: Mental Health Nurse (RMN) - CAMHS Service

Location: Horley, RH6

Salary: Up to £37,500 per annum + £5,000 Welcome Bonus!

Hours: Full-time, Permanent

Are you a qualified Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a passion for supporting young people?

We have an exciting opportunity for an RMN to join our clients dedicated team at a 12-bed CAMHS (Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services) facility. Here, you will play a vital role in ensuring young people receive high-quality, compassionate care while also fostering a positive and supportive work environment for your colleagues.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide high-quality, effective nursing care to young people aged 13-18 with a range of mental health disorders.
  • Take responsibility for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Offer mentorship and support to your team, helping them grow and excel.
  • Accurately observe, record, and report any changes in service users' conditions, maintaining detailed care records.

Skills & Knowledge You Bring:

  • A relevant nursing qualification and NMC registration.
  • Strong team-working skills and a high level of self-motivation.
  • A positive, caring, and compassionate attitude.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care.
