Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Online Lettings Negotiator. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Exeter or Derby, 5 days a week. You'll enjoy a standard workweek of 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, from 9am to 17.30pm. The salary ranges up to £24,000 dependent on experience.
Let's talk about the role. It involves:
- Working alongside Property Management and Tenancy Progression Team.
- Ensuring maximum occupancy at all times.
- Listing Properties via Rightmove.
- Arranging viewings through our supply chain.
- Negotiating offers on behalf of landlords.
What you'll need:
- Background in lettings is desired, but also suitable for applicants who are interested in sales/negotiation.
- Administrative Skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
