The Job:
Job Title: Benefits Administrator
Location: London
Salary: £30,000 + exceptional benefits
What would I be doing day to day?
Key duties:
- Day to day administration of employee benefits for clients
- Support new joiner and leaver processes for clients from multiple benefit schemes
- Liaise regularly with corporate clients and ensure data is up to date
- Use to Excel to administer changes for payroll and benefit schemes
- Support the team on other ad hoc projects
What is the company looking for?
- Exposure to Benefits and/or Pension administration desirable
- Good to Advanced Excel skillset
- 6 months+ experience in an office environment highly preferred!
- Client-facing and confident communicator
