Client Services Manager

At Alexander Lloyd, we are currently partnered with an established but growing employee benefits consultancy within their flexible benefits team.

Due to recent acquisitions, they are looking to recruit across the team to support new clients being bought into the business to ensure they are being serviced to the highest of standards.

Responsibilities of a Client Services Manager:

  • Providing high levels of service to existing and new clients
  • Managing the work flow of the annual renewal administration processes as required and assigned through the client delivery plan
  • Being the day to day contact for employees or HR to support with their queries

Requirements of a Client Services Manager:

  • Strong flexible benefits administration background
  • Being capable to deal with high volumes of repetitive monthly processing and meeting deadlines
  • High attention to detail with supporting clients and employees

This role is fully remote with clients based in the South of England so travel will be requited to attend team and client meetings.
