Financial Services Co-ordinator - 3-6 month contract

We are currently seeking a Financial Services Co-ordinator on behalf of our client, a leading organisation in the Financial Services industry. This is a fixed-term contract position for a duration of 6 months with a full-time working pattern. The role is based in Basingstoke, conveniently located an 8-minute walk from Basingstoke train station.

As a Financial Services Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for the administration of incoming proposals across various markets. Your main activities will include managing sales aid and manual proposal input, handling proposal amendments, liaising with internal and external teams, communicating credit decisions, and managing multiple streams of incoming work to ensure strong SLA delivery. In addition, you will constantly develop your skills in credit policies to ensure accurate application of knowledge.

To be successful in this role, you should have outstanding attention to detail, be a strong team player, and possess excellent time management skills. Good communication and negotiation skills are also important. The ability to thrive in a pressured environment and manage multiple priorities is crucial.

In addition to your main responsibilities, you may be assigned ad-hoc duties by your Line Manager and will be expected to adhere to company policies, guidelines, and regulatory compliance requirements.

On joining our client's organisation, you will attend a Company Induction to familiarise yourself with the different areas of the business. You will have regular performance reviews with your line manager, complete annual online Compliance training modules, and receive on-the-job training throughout your career.
