Are you an experienced Head of HR looking for an opportunity to develop this newly created role for this successful Logistics business?
Salary - up to £80k + Car/ CA
Location - Solihull - On-Site 2 Days per week, with travel to other sites a couple of further days + 1 day per week WFH
As Head of HR you will develop the people strategy across this operational, multi-sited organisation to support the business strategy. Managing a small HR team, as Head of HR you will coach and develop them. The role will work as part of the Senior Leadership team and work closely with them to advise and guide on a full HR generalist remit.
As an experienced Head of HR you will enjoy working with an operationally focused, multi-sited business, and be used to providing sound, commercial HR advice and guidance.
