Overview:

To help support their mission, CJC Recruit are on the hunt for a driven and enthusiastic Digital Office Assistant to join their team in Paisley. This is a fantastic opportunity to get exposure to a busy environment working with customers, different departments and to gain a qualification!

You will complete an SCQF Level 6 qualification as part of your apprenticeship and full training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Becoming an expert on CentricFlow. CentricFlow is a CRM system – you will use this to update client records and CVs, and become an expert in this by the end of your apprenticeship
  • Manage data on Microsoft Packages, such as Outlook, Excel, and Word for tasks and organisation
  • Once you are comfortable in the role, you will begin processing invoices on Xero and follow up to ensure payment has been made
  • Manage social media channels and post creative and interesting content that can be shared to drive business, and inputting marketing campaigns to keep the social media presence current
  • Advertise vacancies on job boards such as Indeed and CV Library, communicating effectively with clients in arranging telephone pre-screening to organise interviews
  • Working collaboratively across teams to support recruitment consultants to source new opportunities, utilising Sales Navigator and BD Messenger to source and obtain leads

Required skills:

  • Ambitious, strong work ethic and a positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Eagerness to learn, with good organisation skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • High attention to detail, with good problem solving skills

Salary:

£21,000 per annum

Working hours:

Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
