Exciting opportunity for a Sales Ledger Clerk to join a well established business based in Altrincham. This role will offer a salary up to £26,000 depending on experience.

Page Personnel are working with an industry leading retail business, going through a period of growth. They are seeking a Sales Ledger Clerk to join the team at an exciting time for the company.

Description

Sales Ledger Clerk responsibilities include:

  • Processing any cheques received and taking to the Bank weekly.
  • Checking and Processing of cash received from our retail branches and banking when required
  • Raising Invoices/Credit Notes as required and sending to customers
  • Printing out of daily invoices produced by our accounting system to e-mail/send to customers
  • Sending out monthly statements to customers
  • Credit control duties
  • Other similar duties within the department as and when required.

Profile

The candidate will have:

  • Some experience working within a Finance role - Required
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel - Required
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Required
  • High attention to detail - Required
  • Ability to work towards deadlines - Required
  • Good organisational and interpersonal skills - Required

Job Offer
