Description
Sales Ledger Clerk responsibilities include:
- Processing any cheques received and taking to the Bank weekly.
- Checking and Processing of cash received from our retail branches and banking when required
- Raising Invoices/Credit Notes as required and sending to customers
- Printing out of daily invoices produced by our accounting system to e-mail/send to customers
- Sending out monthly statements to customers
- Credit control duties
- Other similar duties within the department as and when required.
Profile
The candidate will have:
- Some experience working within a Finance role - Required
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel - Required
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Required
- High attention to detail - Required
- Ability to work towards deadlines - Required
- Good organisational and interpersonal skills - Required
